Here’s Where Miami Beach Visitors Can Now Park Their Cars for a Dollar

News RoomBy News RoomAugust 4, 20260 ViewsNo Comments

For the next few months, visitors to Miami Beach will be able to park for a dollar at several lots across the city.

From Aug. 1 through Oct. 31, parking in Miami Beach will cost $1 per hour for up to 3 hours per parking session at municipal lots, garages and on-street parking “citywide,” according to a release by the city. The ParkMobile app is required to make use of the promotion.

“The seasonal promotion encourages visitors to arrive earlier, stay longer and enjoy local businesses as the city gears up for peak season,” reads the release.

Users can receive up to 45 total discounted hours during the three-month promotion.

Where is there $1 per hour parking in Miami Beach?

The discount is available in “all municipal parking zones citywide.”

The city provides a map of over 70 municipal lots and garages — if you click on the name of a particular lot or garage, its non-discounted rates will become visible.

Parking meter rates vary by zone, and can range from $2 to $4 per hour, depending on location. In the case of garages, rates vary by location, but can range from $2 to $12, depending on location and length of stay.
