News RoomBy News RoomMarch 20, 20261 ViewsNo Comments

The first day of spring, Friday, March 20, is here, and you could start the season with a deal on breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.

It may not feel like spring across the entire United States, with cool temperatures remaining in the East and brutal summer-like record highs in parts of the West. But the calendar says it’s the spring equinox, with the beginning of spring officially hitting at 10:46 a.m. ET, according to the U.S. Naval Observatory.

OK, maybe you missed Dairy Queen’s Free Cone Day on March 19, but there’s still more deals to be had on Friday, March 20, the day officially kicking off the season.

Rita’s expects to serve about one million cups of Italian Ice during the annual giveaway.
