President Donald Trump’s “Freedom Fuel” gas stations in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area are drawing attention.
The appeal? The Freedom Fuel Network is selling regular gas at $3.47 per gallon (a nod to the 47th president), a handful of change cheaper than other sites in the area.
The deal is attracting customers from either side of the political aisle as gas prices continue to challenge consumers’ wallets this summer.
According to AAA, the national average for gas as of July 9 was $3.846, and even higher in Pennsylvania at $3.992, meaning customers in the Philadelphia area could be saving a little over fifty cents a gallon at Trump’s stations.
