Teachers looking for a little midweek boost should look no further than Scooter’s Coffee.

The coffee chain is giving teachers a free medium drink on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at all locations nationwide, the company announced on Sept. 8.

“It’s our way of kicking off the school year and saying ‘thank you’ to the incredible educators who make an impact on students each and every day,” the company said in a news release. Scooter’s Coffee has over 900 locations across 32 states, according to the company’s website.

How Teachers Can Get a Free Coffee

The offer is available at Scooter’s locations from open to close to those with a valid school faculty or staff ID on Wednesday, Sept. 9. There is a limit of one free drink per guest.

The chain recently unveiled its fall menu, with seasonal limited-time options including an Iced Pumpkin Caramelicious Latte, a Pumpkin Caramelicious Blender, an Iced Maple Caramelicious Latte, an Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte and a Maple Caramelicious Créme Cold Brew, among other options.

Where to Find Scooter’s Coffee

Customers can use the Scooter’s Coffee location finder to find a location near them.

Scooter’s Coffee was founded in 1998 when Don and Linda Eckles opened their first drive-thru coffeehouse in Bellevue, Nebraska, according to the company’s website. The first location was known as “Scooter’s Java Express,” later shortened to just “Scooter’s.”
