Wingstop’s first-ever Wing Pass has sold out online.
The pass was available starting at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, Sept. 10, but a few minutes later, a “Drop Closed. Sorry You Missed It!” message appeared.
The pass, just $27.99, included 18 watch-party bundles with 20 wings each—up to 360 wings total. Although menu prices can vary, 360 wings would be around $400 to $500.
Passes were limited, and only 100 people were lucky enough to snag one.
What Did the Wingstop Wing Pass Offer?
The Wingstop Wing Pass offered customers 18 watch-party bundles, one bundle for each week of the football season, according to a news release. Each bundle included:
- 20 classic wings in up to four flavors
- A large fries
- A large container of ranch
Only 100 bundles were available to Club Wingstop members exclusively on wingshop.com.
Will There Be More Wingstop Wing Passes?
Wingstop said in its message announcing that the pass was sold out that it will offer another opportunity to get a watch-party bundle on Sept. 24. Whether that means another shot at a Wing Pass or just another deal has not been announced.
Wingstop’s New Lemon Pepper Trio
If you didn’t get the pass, you can still enjoy a new offering at Wingstop: lemon-pepper wings three ways.
Starting Thursday, Sept. 10, Club Wingstop members can try the Lemon Pepper Trio, which includes the original Lemon Pepper dry rub, the new Lemon Pepper Chili Crunch dry rub and the new Lemon Pepper Chili Glaze before it launches nationwide Tuesday, Sept. 15, according to a Wingstop news release.
Here are more details on the two new flavors:
- Lemon Pepper Chili Crunch: The dry rub takes the signature Lemon Pepper rub and adds crispy Korean chili crunch.
- Lemon Pepper Chili Glaze: A citrusy glaze that’s sweet and spicy, topped with Korean chili crunch.
The new flavors are available only at participating locations for a limited time.
“Lemon Pepper is an iconic flavor, and Wingstop is proud of the role we’ve played in bringing these flavors to fans around the world,” Wingstop President and CEO Michael Skipworth said in a statement.
