TikTok is summoning its workers back to their desks full time.
TikTok said that, starting in September, it will require most US employees to return to the office five days a week, three staffers told Business Insider.
The in-office mandate will shake up schedules for some hybrid workers who are currently allowed to work from home at least one day a week. Other teams already have five-day RTO. For example, members of TikTok’s e-commerce division, TikTok Shop , have been coming in every day for more than a year.
