The 2026 Hyundai Elantra comes standard with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as a remote keyless entry system and a tire-pressure monitoring system. If the base model is too bare-bones, drivers can choose from six trims, including the fully loaded Limited, which starts at $27,375.

The 2026 Honda Civic sedan starts at $24,695. It’s pricier than some of its rivals, but it also has a superior build quality compared with some of its competition. The Civic is known for its low starting price, reliability and driving verve.
It’s capable of traveling for up to 508 miles on a full tank of gas. The Civic sedan is the most fuel-efficient non-hybrid car and a regular best-selling model in its segment.
