From United Airlines and Emirates to British Airways and Air New Zealand, Elon Musk’s Starlink is gaining popularity across global airlines.
In its 2025 Progress Report, Starlink said more than 1,400 commercial planes worldwide have been equipped with the ultra-high-speed internet. Over 40 commercial carriers have announced deals.
All airlines that offer Starlink do so free of charge, although some require passengers to sign up for their loyalty programs.
